Question: If you bought a used xbox 360 elite does it come with a 1 month free of xbox live?

No! But its ok all you half to do is go to you Xbox 360 dashboard marketplace and sign up for a silver account and they'll automatically give you a free 30 day trail gold membership for free. I did this twice and used a different email address before I purchased mine for $50. So you should be fine just sign up for a membership and you’ll be all set to go. Good Luck

Each brand new xbox, elite/ core/ arcade, doesnt matter, comes with 3 free 1 month trials, unless the guy you're buying your system off of has used all three, yes, you'll get one

Yes it does. All Xbox's have pretty much a bunch of 1-month trials in their system that you can get every time you activate a new Gamertag. However, you cannot have free live forever with this, because of two reasons: 1- you have to get a NEW account to get your free 1 month, therefore you have to restart all of your data every time you switch. 2- there is a limit on how many 1-month trials you can have.
