Well, it is probably so cheap cause there is a high chance the thing is affected by the RROD. Once your 360 gets affected by it, the process will repeat again and again. Make sure it's under warranty or buy one if you can from MS if you buy a used one. Not all 360's are same. The older one's more prone to the RROD used a faulty chip in themselves which melted do to heat. Newer 360's have a new Jasper chip supposed to be more heat resistant(acc to me, this too sucks cause mine just melted(it was an elite) whereas my friend has an older one which is working fine!!!!). Seriously my friend I have gone through so much trouble with MS. I've had so many replacements, I have literally forgotten the no of 360 I have gone through. Finally, I've got a PS3 and at least the thing works well. If you want to buy a 360, just get a good warranty cause trust me it will break(either the RROD or the disc drive will start to scratch). |
