Question: Do i have to be 18 years old to buy an xbox 360 elite bundle?

Well, I really want to buy an xbox just so i can play with my friends that dont have a ps3. And all i see now for elite are bundles. The $299 one has ODST in it and its rated M. So am i allowed to buy the system? or do i have to be 18 because M$ chose to put an M game in the bundle? If they do ask my age, then its really dumb that they are denying my purchase of choice because of a dumb game included. Is it my fault that it comes with it? Is it my fault that there are no Non- Bundle Elites as of now? How is that fair

They probably wont check your age if you buy the bundle. They will probably just look at the fact that your main purchase is really the console. Then again, in most places gamestops and other stores do check for ID if you purchase games, I've even seen them refuse sales when I'm in the line waiting, due to some kids wanting to buy M / 18+ titles. Guess it's just a draw of luck & also depends on how ethical or strict the clerk is.

I really dont think they would care like you said it comes with it. You could also get a xbox 360 pro but the elite is better in ways just saying you could. Why dont you call the place your gonna buy from and ask them or just when you go ask them if you can get it I bet they'll let you. Also you could have one of your parents just get it for you or someone 18 or older if they dont let you get it yourself. Plus i dont see why someone under 18 would just be caring 300 dollars on them and not have a parent taking them anywhere. But if your really worried about the age thing just go wit a parent and have them grab it with you there not gonna say no then but i doubt they'll say no either way..

Well, you couldnt get a pro they dont make those anymore, now they only make elites and arcades, unless your a game freak and go around downloading and playing everything, all you should need is an arcade, the only difference is the arcade has less memory if you get a memory card that should be more than enough or you can by a usd drive that can be used on 360s now
