Question: Is it possible to replace my xbox 360 elite console for the new 250gb console?

I have a 2 Yrs protection plan from Best Buy and I was wondering if I can exchange my old one for the new one.. its starting to do the "open tray " problem.. which is a perfect time for me to exchange it.. so just wondering if it was possible to exchange mines with the new 2010 250 gig elite. Thanks in advance.

What the Helpful Helper said. Trade in the Elite for a discount and get the Slim. I have the same problem. My system keeps saying to open tray. I'm hoping to get the Slim soon.

No you cant trade a xbox for a new xbox they dont allow that

I dont think so. The only thing you can get out of it is getting a replaced Xbox elite. Otherwise, you probably need to sell your xbox for a discount and then get the new xbox.
