Question: Should i buy xbox 360 elite for cheap?

I was lookin on ebay to find a cheap xbox 360 elite and the only one that are cheap are the REFURBISHED one for around $210 with free shipping. But then im scared that it might have something wrong with it within a couple of year like have red ring or so. i was wondering should i buy a REFURBISHED since the seller's described as "Like New " or should i spend an extra buck and buy a new at the stores?

I would buy a new one just to be safe because you never know what could happen with the refurbished one. Plus if anything happens you can send it to microsoft and they will fix it cause it will be under a warranty for awhile. The refurbished will not be under warranty because once a xbox 360 has been opened the warranty is automatically ruined.
