Amazon is a pretty good site with good customer service. If anything goes wrong, you can contact the seller or Amazon and they'll work with you to resolve the problem. I've bought lots of things off of Amazon and the only bad incident was when I bought a textbook and the lady didn't ship it until a month later. They refunded me my money and gave me the book anyway. Go for it!

Should be. If your talking about the Console itself, i bought the Holiday Elite bundle back in August, and its still running fine for me. Ive ordered games from Amazon and never had an issue with them, id assume the same would go for consoles.
