Xbox live kicks butt! You have friends lists, a marketplace, access to netflix, facebook, twitter, msn messenger, windows media center, as well as you can listen to music at any time, send messages, get achievements for beating games and compare them with friends. It has similar online play, except way more centralized, such as you connect to servers at Microsoft, whereas with PS3 you connect to servers that the company who made the game hosts, and can be a little laggy if they do server updates or a center blips. I find it a lot easier to find more people to play with on Xbox Live than on PSN, depending on the game you play, but it's pretty straight forward. Xbox 360 elite is the way to go if you are an online gamer. It comes with a 120GB Hard Drive and all the cables/ controllers you need. All you need to do is buy an Xbox Live account($49.99US/ year) |
