Question: Im scared to buy a xbox 360 elite of criags list?

Just beacuse it could be fake any thing i should do to make sure its real? make him sign papers idk help he said its never been used and no accounts ever been made should i ask to demo it? and im not looking other places its to good of a price

Well you should make sure it works before you buy it. make sure to put in a game and make sure xbox live works if possible. Modded 360s can be banned from xbox live and people often try sell them cheap on craigslist and not tell you they cant go online. But once you pay for it if it stops working there is nothing you can do. Its a gamble buying things off craigslist, maybe you can find one with a warranty still to buy just get a receipt proving it still has a warranty.
